I am quite into healthy food and not cos of getting fat or anything like it but more about taking care of my cholesterol levels. So I tend to look after the amount of saturated fats in my meals. So this breakfast is just an example of eating well but not boring at all. A banana fried with just a tiny bit of grease on the pan, a mix of cereal such as bran blakes, muesli and raisins are also a good touch. A freshly blended mix of fruits such as grapefruit and orange. A juice is full of vitamins and first thing in the morning before eating anything else, is the best time for your body to absorb all the vitamins. Plus is is a great way to prevent getting those nasty colds in winter. Also a toast spread with flora proactive together with some home made jam. So healthy and full of vitamins, B, C
